Joint Industry Project - Simulation of Installation of Monopiles
Publieke samenvatting / Public summary
A novel numerical approach for the simulation of monopile installation and subsequent arbitrary loading is developed. The approach is based on the Material Point Method. The numerical tool will be applied for better understanding and new insights of installation effects for both impact-driven and vibratory-driven monopiles.
