Dutch Offshore Wind Atlas

The Dutch Offshore Wind Atlas (DOWA) will be made available including long term climatology and wind field information up to heights of 600m. This atlas will be used in combination with measurement data and simulation methods to significantly improve the estimates of wind farm annual energy production and turbine loading.
